First there was the carriage, then the car, and now ExoRelease™. Sounds like a lofty statement? Just wait. The ExoRelease™ Isolation Platform takes exosome isolation to the next level – isolating biologically active exosomes with the highest level of speed, precision, and purity.
The kit makes exosome isolation easier than ever. Start by adding our proprietary ExoRelease™ Reagent (sold separately) to your biological sample to bind the exosomes in solution. Next, place your sample in one of our three provided magnetic racks to collect bead bound exosomes and remove supernatant, which is the source of impurities. Resuspend the isolated magnetic beads and place them in the ExoRelease™ Photo-Release Tool. Abracadera, simply flip the switch and the photo release light turns on to release the exosomes from the beads into solution. After it’s completed, place the sample tube back on the magnetic rack to remove the magnetic beads. Within an hour you go from a complex biofluid to highly purified and functionally active exosomes. So yes… we’re confident saying it’s industry changing technology.
